Hot stripes! A short dress from Cottelli PARTY that is fitted at the waist and made out of red and black matte look material. The dress is low cut at the front and the back. There is a stretchy strap with a clip fastener at the back of the dress which helps the dress fit perfectly. Soft and stretchy for a comfortable fit. Black 90% polyester, 10% spandex; red 85% polyester, 15% spandex.
