femtreva offers two areas for adults: the femtreva shop with erotic, intimate and lifestyle products, and a free private contact-ad section for personal contact ads. Both areas are for adults (18+) only.

In the femtreva shop you can buy selected erotic, intimate and lifestyle products – including toys, lingerie, drugstore/cosmetic items, clothing and accessories. We deliver in neutral, discreet packaging to your chosen address.

femtreva is intended for adults only. By ordering or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

For shopping you can use a customer account – your address details are then saved for next time. For the contact-ad section you also create a free account.

Add the items you want to the cart, tap the cart at the top and go to checkout. There you choose your delivery address, delivery and payment method and place the order. Shipping costs and total are shown before you confirm.

Within Germany usually 2–5 business days after ordering, or after receipt of payment for advance payment. Different times may be noted on the product page.

We ship throughout Germany and, where offered, to Austria and Switzerland. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout; from a certain order value shipping is free.

Some items are shipped directly to you by a wholesaler within the EU on our behalf. For these items, delivery time and shipping costs may differ; personal delivery and cash on delivery are not available.

Pay online (PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, instant bank transfer) via our payment provider Mollie, advance payment/bank transfer and – only for personal delivery in the Hamburg area and own-stock items – cash on delivery.

Yes. Online payments are processed securely and encrypted via the payment provider Mollie. Your full payment details are not stored by us.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Declare your withdrawal informally by email to info@femtreva.de or by letter and return the goods within 14 days.

Yes. For reasons of hygiene, withdrawal is excluded for sealed intimate and hygiene items once the seal has been opened after delivery. See the Terms for details.

The contact-ad section is a free area for private contact ads between adults. You can post your own ads, browse ads and get in touch directly. It is separate from the shop.

Yes. Posting private contact ads and browsing are free of charge.

The contact-ad section is reserved for adults (18+) only. You are responsible for the content you publish; unlawful content or content endangering minors is not allowed.

Register for free and create your private ad from your account. femtreva does not become a party to any contact or arrangement made between users.

Very discreet: neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or the shop, and a neutral sender on the parcel.

The charge / payee appears neutral – the reference does not reveal the contents of your order.
