Youth Protection
The protection of children and young people is very important to us. The femtreva online shop sells products intended exclusively for adults. Our offer is therefore not aimed at minors and may not be used by them.
Ordering and use for adults only (18+)
Ordering in the shop and using our other functions are permitted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age. Minors are not permitted to order, to create an account or to use our contact functions.
Age verification
We reserve the right to use appropriate age-verification measures and, where necessary, to request proof of legal age. If false information is provided or if there are doubts about a customer’s legal age, we may refuse the order and restrict, suspend or delete the account.
Neutral and discreet delivery
Orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging that does not reveal the contents. We do not direct any advertising for age-restricted products at minors.
Legal framework
We operate our offer in accordance with the applicable provisions for the protection of minors, in particular the German Protection of Young Persons Act (JuSchG) and the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV). Products and content intended for adults are only made available to persons of legal age.
Review and removal of problematic content
If content is reported to us, or if we ourselves become aware of content that may violate youth-protection regulations, statutory provisions or our usage rules, we review such notices carefully. Depending on the result, content may be blocked or removed and accounts restricted. In the case of serious violations, we reserve the right to take further legal action or to inform the competent authorities.
Reporting violations
If you discover content on femtreva that, in your view, violates youth-protection regulations or applicable law, please notify us using the contact options listed in the imprint. We take such notices seriously and review reported content as quickly as possible.
Note for parents and guardians
Parents and guardians should use appropriate technical protective measures to keep minors away from age-inappropriate online content – for example youth-protection filters, security settings on devices and age-appropriate supervision of internet use. femtreva is not a service for children or young people.
