Help & How to use femtreva

This is a detailed guide to using femtreva – from signing up to creating and promoting profiles and using the messenger. Choose your language above.

1. Overview: what is femtreva?

femtreva is purely an advertising platform for adults (18+). Advertisers publish their listings here; members can view them and get in touch through the internal messenger.

femtreva is not a contracting party to any contacts arranged between users and does not broker any services. All content must comply with the platform rules and youth-protection requirements.

  • Member – browses profiles and sends messages.
  • Profile – promotes one or more advertising profiles.
  • Provider – studios and similar, running their own listings.

2. Signing up

Use Register to choose your account type first. You need a valid e-mail address and a password. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept the terms.

How to register:

  1. Tap “Register” and choose the account type.
  2. Enter username, e-mail and password; advertising profiles also need a display name and date of birth.
  3. Confirm consent and submit.

Advertising profiles are reviewed and approved by an administrator before going live.

3. Logging in & password

Sign in at the top via Log in with your username and password.

Forgot your password?

You can reset it from the login page. If a phone number is on file you’ll receive a one-time code; otherwise our support will help you.

4. For advertisers: profile & listing

After logging in, everything is under My account.

Complete your profile

  • Edit profile: display name, description, location, attributes, services and opening hours.
  • Manage photos: upload photos and set a main image. New photos are reviewed.
  • Identity check: your identity is verified once (e.g. in person) and then applies to all your profiles.

Top up credit

  • Top up via several payment methods: cash, SEPA transfer and crypto.
  • Credit is non-refundable and expires after 2 years without login.
  • With several profiles the credit is shared across all profiles.

Activate the listing

  • An active listing is always billed in whole weeks (7 days).
  • You can choose a duration (e.g. 1–4 weeks or ongoing). If credit is insufficient, top up first.
  • Briefly deactivating within a week you already paid for is free.

5. Managing multiple profiles

With one login you can run several advertising profiles with different photos and settings. Find them under My account → My profiles.

  • Create a profile: display name + date of birth (18+) + consent. It becomes visible after review.
  • Switch: choose which profile you are currently managing. All pages (edit, photos, top-up, invoices) and the messenger then refer to that profile.
  • Shared credit: each active profile draws from the shared balance.
  • Priority: use the ▲/▼ arrows to decide which profile is paid first when credit is tight.
  • Archive: profiles you no longer use can be archived – they are not public, cost nothing and don’t count towards the limit. History and invoices are kept; you can restore them later.

6. Invoices

An invoice is created automatically for every top-up; find them under My account → Invoices (account-wide across all your profiles).

  • Under My profiles → Billing details you can optionally store a billing name and address. If you leave the name empty, we use the name of your main profile.
  • Any VAT shown follows the operator’s settings.

7. For members

As a member you can discover profiles and make contact discreetly.

  • Find profiles: via the overview, filters and – where available – the nearby search.
  • Favourites: save profiles to find them quickly later.
  • Send a message: get in touch via the messenger without revealing your phone number.

8. For providers

Providers (e.g. studios) register their own account and run listings.

  • Credit, top-ups and invoices work the same way as for advertising profiles.

9. Messenger

The femtreva messenger is the safe way to chat within the platform – without any private phone number.

  • Conversations appear in your inbox; unread messages are shown with a number at the top.
  • Phone numbers are hidden automatically for your protection.
  • You can pin, block or delete conversations for yourself.
  • With several profiles you switch between the profiles’ inboxes at the top of the messenger; the bell counts unread messages across all your profiles.

10. Safety & privacy

Discretion comes first. Communicate through the internal messenger and don’t share sensitive data.

  • Don’t share private contact details you’d rather keep to yourself.
  • Report suspicious behaviour via the report/block function or support.
  • Details on data processing are in the privacy policy (footer).

11. Contacting support

You can reach the femtreva team any time:

  • While logged in, via the messenger: “Message the femtreva team”.
  • Or via the “Contact support” link in the footer.

Please describe your request as precisely as possible (username, profile concerned, what happened).

12. Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t my profile visible yet?

New profiles and photos are reviewed before publication. The listing must also be active and have credit.

Can I get a refund of my credit?

No, credit is non-refundable and expires after 2 years without login.

What happens to an archived profile?

It is not public, costs nothing and doesn’t count towards the limit. History and invoices are kept; you can restore it at any time as long as the profile limit isn’t reached.

How do I see messages on another profile?

The bell counts across all profiles. In the messenger, switch to the relevant profile at the top.
